In a world overwhelmed by confusion, misinformation, and pain, it’s easy to feel lost and indifferent. But it’s precisely in these moments that our true path becomes clear: to refocus on God’s call to love, support, and uplift those around us.
Today marks one year since the passing of my son, Persy. This journey has changed me in ways I could have never imagined. Through profound loss, I have been shown that our time on Earth is not about chasing fleeting pursuits like wealth or status. Instead, it is a precious opportunity to love others, grow in faith, and draw closer to Him.
Even in the darkest moments, when we are tempted to retreat or fall into apathy, God’s love offers us a way forward. His message is clear: love one another. Through this love, we can heal, bring clarity to confusion, and transform our lives and the world around us.
Life’s true purpose is not hidden in worldly gains, but in embracing God’s gift of love, compassion, and connection. By focusing on these, especially in times of loss and hardship, we align ourselves with His will. One year after Persy’s passing, I hold tightly to the truth that love, grounded in God, has the power to heal and change the world.
